How does my prompt count work?
Each generated prompt counts as one against your monthly quota (10 prompts on Starter, 20 on Pro). The counter resets at 00:00 UTC on the first of each calendar month, regardless of when you subscribed.
How do I cancel?
Web subscriptions: open your account from the avatar menu in the top right and click “Manage subscription.”
App Store subscriptions (iOS / macOS): open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, find code-prompt, tap Cancel. Apple processes the cancellation; we receive the update automatically.
Refunds
Web subscriptions: email us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.
App Store subscriptions: refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we don’t have access to refund those directly.
What model generates the prompts?
Currently Google Gemini 2.5 Pro, routed through Cloudflare AI Gateway. We may swap or A/B-test models over time; the prompt output format stays the same.
My prompt history is empty / a prompt is missing
History is per-account, stored in your region’s nearest Cloudflare data center. If you signed up with a different email, you’re looking at a different account. Email us with both addresses and we can sort it out.
Delete my account
Open the avatar menu → Manage account → Delete account. That removes the Clerk record. Email us afterwards if you want us to also purge the prompt history we’ve stored on your behalf in R2.
Status
If the website or apps are down, check Cloudflare status and Clerk status. An issue with either takes us down too. We’ll surface a banner here once we have an outage page of our own.
